Construction begins, the landlord was nice enough to cut the floors for sewer lines and excavate down to the tie in line.

Plumbing work begins, the sewer lines are connected and back filled with stone.
Trench drains are set and ready for concrete, electrical panels mounted and ready for tie in. Mom finishes the stained glass windows.
