Saw the space for the first time, it's beautiful, gonna have to raise more capital  

Finally signed the final lease, this is our new home and we have options out to 15 years.  

Selected the architect and met for a walk through of the empty space.  

A pink surprise, after doing preliminary scrubbing of the floor it was revealed that we have pink floors.  

Our tables are going to be tops!  We start building the table tops for the tasting room barrels.  

Plans finally approved by the City of Allentown and 3rd party engineers.

Application submitted to the TTB and construction begins  

Construction begins, the landlord was nice enough to cut the floors for sewer lines and excavate down to the tie in line.

Plumbing work begins, the sewer lines are connected and back filled with stone.  

Trench drains are set and ready for concrete, electrical panels mounted  and ready for tie in.  Mom finishes the stained glass windows.  

All three Witch House signs and the bars are completed.  

Concrete poured to fill the floor cuts for sewer and trench drains.

Power lines run out to the hand off point for PPL at considerable cost!

Dust storm, we rented equipment to prep the floor for epoxy only to find  out that the pink stuff wasn't concrete sealer but epoxy and HVAC  contractor selected (finally)

Finally some privacy from the neighbors, the noise maker (air compressor) is removed and the demising wall is completed.

Concrete countertops are finally in place, with the help of almost 20 friends to lift and place these monsters.  

Testing the industrial lighting swags for bulbs and placement, Witch  House sign finds it's home, distillery cleansed of all the dirt and dust  left by the contractors.
